    One original and one copy of all bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the company name, legal address, the project title for which the bid is submitted and the date adver­tised for opening bids. Sealed bids must be addressed to Tanya Parker, Procurement Agent, St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission, and clearly marked “SEALED BID FOR FERRIC CHLORIDE, CONTRACT 26-06-F” and will be received at the administrative office of the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission, 23121 Camden Way, California, Maryland 20619, un­til 3:00 PM Eastern Time, January 27, 2026 at which time the bids will be pub­lic­ly opened and read. The St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission is currently soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of ferric chloride to be used in the treatment of wastewater. Delivery shall be made to the Marlay-Taylor Water Reclamation Facility, located at 48020 Pine Hill Run Road, Lexington Park, Maryland. Delivery must be included in the unit Bid price.
