This includes but is not limited to impacts of newly imposed State of California mandated procedures and required changes in grants and procedures. In addition, the District frequently requests professional advice on accounting matters throughout the fiscal year, and such advice should not be construed as consulting services, nor will compensation for such advice be contemplated unless explicitly negotiated by the District of its agents.
