The purpose of this RFP is to obtain certified/public accountant audit services for the Riverside County AVA to ensure transparency, compliance, and effective stewardship of public funds in accordance with CA Legislative Vehicle Code § 22710 & 9250.7. The qualified firm will provide a proposal addressing each question outlined in Section E of this Request for Proposals (RFP). It is the intent of the County to award an agreement to one (1) qualified company as a result of this solicitation which contains the minimum requirements and all terms and conditions for the service. Services will be evaluated and awarded based on the cost to provide and implement services, ongoing cost, and ability to meet the qualifications and scope of services as listed in RFP# TLARC-26-0785.
