Thecontract resulting from this RFP, if any, will be referred to as the“Contract.” Successful Respondent, as an independent contractor, shall provideServices under the Contract with Successful Respondent’s own personnel. Allcosts associated with the Services must be included in the Respondent’sProposal. Proposals that do not meet all of the requirements or contain all ofthe required documentation specified in this RFP will be rejected asnon-responsive.
