    Description

    The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts(“Comptroller”) issues this Request for Proposals No. 304-26-1692SH (“RFP”) tosolicit proposals from qualified, independent persons or entities to provideFinancial Institution Data Match (“FIDM”) services as described in this RFP(“Services”). Comptroller’s objective is to obtain the Services that representthe best value for Comptroller and the State of Texas, according to the termsand conditions of this RFP. Comptroller anticipates making contract award toone (1) Successful Respondent for the Services. Comptroller reserves the rightnot to award a contract for the performance of all or part of the Services. Thecontract resulting from this RFP, if any, will be referred to as the“Contract.” Successful Respondent, as an independent contractor, shall provideServices under the Contract with Successful Respondent’s own personnel. Allcosts associated with the Services must be included in the Respondent’sProposal. Proposals that do not meet all of the requirements or contain all ofthe required documentation specified in this RFP will be rejected asnon-responsive.
