The IFB outlines the terms and conditions, and all applicable information required for submitting a bid. Each bidder is required to attend a mandatory Bidders' WebEx Conference, which will be held on January 13, 2026 at 10 AM (EST). This is the onlydate and time available for the mandatory Bidders' Conference. Alternate dates for additional bidders' conferences will not be available. Failure to attend the mandatory Bidders' Conference will result in rejection of proposal. IMPORTANT: All Bidders must pre-register by email at Corcraft.ProcurementServices@doccs.ny.gov, by 3 PM (EST) on 01/12/2026. Please reference "IFB #S0225" on the subject line of your email. We will then reply with the necessary link to attend the WebEx Conference. Prospective bidders who do not attend at the official start time of the event will be precluded from attending the Bidders' Conference, and therefore, unable to submit a responsive bid. The Bidders' Conference will provide an opportunity for Bidders to obtain information about the required services. Questions during the Bidders' Conference will be permitted, however, only questions submitted in writing and answered via addendum will be considered offical.
