    The City College of New York (“CCNY” and/or “College”) of the City University of New York (“CUNY” and/or “University”) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive fine art handling, transport, and reinstallation services to The City College of New York. See the attached document for detailed specifications. A mandatory Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM at The CUNY Graduate Center located at 365 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10016. The initial meeting location will be in the Lobby. Prospective respondents must complete the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) and send it to the Designated Contact listed below. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, the IFB, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, version June 2023 (Appendix A). Contact with CUNY: The restricted period has begun with the publication of this advertisement. Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Law (PLL), all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
