    Thank you for your interest in the Arlington Independent School District's Private Lesson Program. You will need to complete this in order to apply to serve as an independent music instructor for the 2025-2026 school year. You must be on the official, cleared list of independent music instructors that is sent to the campus director by the Director of Fine Arts, in order to be eligible to conduct lessons virtually or on Arlington Independent School District Campuses. Approvals are only valid for 1 school year. You must re-apply each year. As an independent music instructor, you will handle your own billing and collection, charging the approved rate, which is payable directly to you. For billing, you will use the Arlington ISD Private Lesson Program Monthly Statement and follow the Billing/Payment Schedule. Both items are provided as attachments as well as a list of teachers and their respective campuses.
