    The Department of General Services (DGS) invites interested suppliers to participate in an open forum discussion relative to Notice of Forthcoming Procurement (NFP) # 127155, Fleet Card Services. The NFP can be located by copying the following link into your browser: https://www.emarketplace.state.pa.us/Procurement_Details.aspx?id=127155 Topics for discussion will address, but not be limited to, industry standards, vendor community insight and expertise, best practices and current and future technology enhancements. The event will be held virtually, through Microsoft Teams, on Monday, March 30th, 2026, from 1:00pm-3:00pm EST. The first one and one-half hours of the Supplier Forum (1:00pm - 2:30pm) is reserved for Offerors interested in becoming potential prime contractors for this RFP. The final one-half hour of the Supplier Forum (2:30pm - 3:00pm) will include a presentation on the Commonwealth's Goal Setting program, discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and supplies, and networking time for prospective prime and Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise subcontractors.
