The work undertaken will be in accordance with the standard requirements and conditions described in Schedule D: New York State Community Development Block Grant Agreement IDA Program Subrecipient Agreement (SRA) to this RFP that are applicable to contractors and subcontractors. This includes but is not limited to Sections “10(B) Subcontracting” and the MBE, WBE, SDVOB and other participation goals and reporting requirements outlined in Appendix 1 to the SRA.
