It is important to note that if the bid pertains to technology services, Bidder certifies that it complies with the requirements of the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Prohibition Act: Nebraska Foreign Adversary Prohibition Act. The Bidder certifies and agrees that it has read and shall comply with the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. §§73-901 to 73-907).
