Food Service Providers RFSQ

We’re creating a registry of food providers that County staff can use when planning events and programs. This is not a formal proposal process, it’s simply a way to get your business on our list of go-to vendors. If you're a food provider certified by the San Mateo County Environmental Health Services, we encourage you to join.

The registry will be active for two years and will help County departments find local, certified providers for a wide range of needs.

For example, we may need:

• 6 food trucks for a park event

• Catering for 50 people at an event on the Coastside

• 100 grab-and-go Asian bento box lunches

• A formal dinner for 100 guests

• 100 custom cookies for an event giveaway

This is a great opportunity to showcase your offerings and get connected with County event planners!

Submission Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications —

  Any proposal that does not demonstrate that the proposer meets these minimum requirements by the submission deadline shall be determined to be non-responsive and not eligible for further consideration in the evaluation process.

  Proposer is defined as the prime firm, organization, or joint venture that is submitting a proposal for this RFSQ.

  Proposers must meet the following Minimum Qualifications:
