The goal is to provide the College community with fresh, nutritious, affordable, and tasty food and beverages by managing dining rooms, cafeterias, catering, and related services, as described in this RFP. To submit a proposal, email the Designated Contact (listed below) with the names of your organization’s attendees no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Only individuals who have responded in advance will be permitted to attend the mandatory Site Visit on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Baskerville Hall, Second Floor Conference Room 208A, 160 Convent Avenue, New York, NY 10031. Your organization is required to possess a minimum of five years’ experience in food service operations as its primary business to be eligible for participation. The Procurement Lobbying Law (PLL) Applies to this Solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad. Compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Law: Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if they are selected: 1. “Offeror’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)” 2. “Offeror’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k” Contact with CUNY: Under the requirements of the PLL, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact.
