This request is for Food Truck/Mobile Catering services to be provided to the Maricopa County Elections Department on July 20, 2026; July 21, 2026; July 22, 2026; and July 23, 2026 from 7 AM-9:30 AM. Vendors are requested to provide a breakfast menu offering three (3) to four (4) meal selections for employees to choose from. At least one (1) menu option must be vegetarian. To provide employees with a varied dining experience, the County prefers vendors that can offer different food trucks, catering concepts, or menu options each day. Vendors with access to a network of food trucks or catering partners are encouraged to propose rotating service options. The County will provide one breakfast meal per employee. Pricing shall include a beverage with each meal and should be quoted as an all-inclusive cost.
