The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors with experience working with school districts to secure Fort Smith Public Schools - SY 26 - 27 - District Photography Services.  Fort Smith Public Schools ("FSPS") does not assume to have included every detail in this RFP, but has made every effort to provide all bidders with enough information to bid on this RFP.

Evaluation Criteria

• Approach & capacity for meeting the District's needs outlined in the specifications. (35 pts) —

  Describe in detail the procedures which will be used by your company to take the pictures in a manner that will cause the least amount of disruption to the students and the school.  Include the number of cameras, procedure for identifying students including the student’s individual needs.

• Customer service, knowledge, & expertise in photography services. (30 pts) —

  Describe in detail company’s guarantee policy & company’s re-take policy.

  Describe the method of payments that your company accepts for portrait picture package.

  Describe how parents can contact your company and company’s escalation process for problems or complaints.

  Describe how your company provides great customer service to Districts and parents.

• Offering of Incentives (20 pts) —

  Provide information of added value to the District. This includes revenue sharing commission, complimentary packages, etc.

• Proposed Pricing (15 pts) —

  Prices will be inclusive of all costs, fees, shipping etc.
