    INVITATION TO BIDDERS

    FOR FRONTIER – CR 904 WESTBOUND – DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

    RECEIPT OF BIDS

    Sealed bids, addressed to the Board of Directors of Wright Farm Municipal Management District of Johnson County, will be received at the office of the Engineer for the District, Pape-Dawson, 6105 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 210, Plano, TX 75024 or electronically via https://www.civcastusa.com for the construction of the County Road 904 Westbound - Drainage Improvements until 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, and then publicly opened and read for “County Road 904 Westbound - Drainage Improvements, Johnson County, Texas.”

    A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the office of the Engineer or via Teams (Phone: 210.926.0892, 45034173#; Meeting ID: 261 514 504 144 08, passcode Q5Cm63g8).

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK

    Drainage Improvements: Approximately 2,200 LF of storm drains ranging from 18” RCP to 6’x4’ RCB, junction boxes, inlets, and headwalls. Approximately 1,100 LF of 6’ wide concrete flume and 64 LF of 6’ wide concrete U-channel.

    The above improvements are a part of the “Plans for the Construction of Utilities Improvements of County Road 904 Westbound” as prepared by Pape-Dawson.

    Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check acceptable to the District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date the Contractor is notified.

     QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS

    To demonstrate Bidder’s qualifications to perform work, Bidders shall submit written evidence such as financial data, previous experience, present commitments, and other such data as may be called for in this contract document with bid.

    DEVELOPER/DISTRICT'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT BIDS

    Owner and Wright Farm Municipal Management District of Johnson County reserve the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids.

    FUNDING

    Any Contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from revenues generated from Owner funds and District Bonds and dedicated by the District to the work under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS.
