If you are already registered as a qualified Supplier on the existing Fuels, Tank Wagon ITQ 4400011997, you can use your current PA JAGGAER Portal registration and update it by adding the new 620-series Commodity Codes. It is recommended not to create an additional JAGGAER Portal account. First, suppliers must register as a Procurement Vendor with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and receive a six-digit vendor number if never having done business with the Commonwealth previously.
