Solicitation Link: The OpenGov solicitation can be accessed at the following link: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater This project contains the replacement of approximately 987 feet and installation of approximately 405 feet of 8-inch DIP water main, replacement of approximately 10 feet and installation of approximately 22 feet of 10-inch DIP water main, replacement of approximately 55 feet and installation of approximately 54 feet of 12-inch DIP water main, replacement of approximately 2,343 feet and installation of approximately 2,916 feet of 24-inch DIP water main, installation of 18 fire hydrants and 125 water house connections to serve Furman Parkway, Greenvale Parkway, 67TH Avenue, Emerson Street, Furman Court, Freeport Street, Greenland Street, Vallery Street, Ingraham Street, Beacon Light Road, 67TH Place, and Patterson Street in Riverdale, Prince George’s County, Maryland. The Project is MDE SRF Loan funded and is subject to provisions contained in the American Iron and Steel (AIS) Act and the Build American, Buy American (BABA) Act. The AIS and BABA final-guidance documents, and applicable waivers are incorporated in these contract documents.
