The items proposed to be furnished shall be new, unused, and shall conform in strength, quality of workmanship and material to that which is usually provided by the trade in general. * BIFMA level Certification: All proposed furniture shall be BIFMA level 1 certified. Bidders shall provide proof of BIFMA level 1 certification with any submitted response.
