It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to furnish and install a walk-in cooler and freezer combo at Mechanicsville Elementary and Winters Mill High School and a walk-in freezer at West Middle School. Carroll County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, necessary to furnish, deliver, and install free-standing Bally Refrigeration Boxes only, *NO SUBSTITUTIONS*, in accordance with the attached terms, specifications, and general conditions. This project is intended to be “turnkey” as far as installation is concerned, meaning the successful bidder will include all costs for mechanical and electrical permit. Price must include demolition work and removal of debris. All electrical power wiring and control wiring must be included for the new units. All necessary sub-floor upgrades for walk-ins in pits, also to be included. Locations as follows: Mechanicsville Elementary School 3838 Sykesville Rd, Sykesville, Md 21784 Winters Mill High School 560 Gorsuch Road, Westminster, MD 21157 West Middle School 60 Monroe Street, Westminster, MD 21157 Questions and inquires shouldbe submitted online via Public Purchase.
