The Office of State Procurement, on behalf of the Perpich Center for Arts Education (PCAE), requests proposals for furnishing and installing three (3) Daikin Make-up Air (MUA) units (or approved equal) on the rooftop of the facility located at 6125 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN 55422. Work will include removal and disposal of existing three (3) MUA units and three (3) A/C Condensing units, and final repair of the roof top where existing A/C units were affixed. Scope of work and specification details are defined in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work, of the Sample Contract and Exhibits document attached to this solicitation. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on January 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT, at the Perpich Center for Arts Education, 6125 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN 55422. Attendance is Mandatory. Responses from Vendors who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. PRE-REGISTRATION. Responders must pre-register to attend the pre-proposal meeting as soon as possible. Responders must register by January 5, 2026, 2:00 PM CT. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact Aaron Culey via email at: aaron.culey@pcae.k12.mn.us. Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting will not be admitted into the facility. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is January 13, 2026. Questions must be received by the cutoff date will be responded to via Addendum. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. This RFP contains insurance requirements that will require careful attention and consideration. Responders are highly encouraged to review Exhibit B: Insurance Requirements, of the Sample Contract and Exhibits. PRE-APPROVED EQUIVALENT REQUEST DEADLINE AND PROCESS. Any proposed equivalent replacement equipment can be requested for approval prior to the solicitation due date and time. Submit requests by January 13, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. to Staci Stoerzinger at Staci.Stoerzinger@state.mn.us. Requests for approval of a proposed equivalent must include: product description, the make and model, and a product data or specification sheet from the manufacturer. The State reserves the right to request additional information about a product proposed as an equivalent. An addendum that lists any approved equivalent will be posted prior to the solicitation due date and time. Proposed equivalents that are not approved will not be included in the addendum and a communication will be set via email prior to the solicitation due date and time. SWIFT HELP DESK.
