    SEALED BIDS for WATER TREATMENT BID NO. 2026-03, FURNISHING LIQUID CHLORINE (ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS); for the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, for a contract period starting July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028,will be received ELECTRONICALLY by the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, until April 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. when they will be publicly opened. Bids received or delivered elsewhere other than specified herein will not be considered. The undersigned understands that the liquid chlorine shall be ordered on an “as-needed basis.” It is expressly agreed and understood that all deliveries will be F.O.B. point of delivery at the unit prices listed therein. Deliveries will be to either the Hilo or Kawaihae harbor, depending on ground transporter. All quantities are approximate only, and the actual quantity ordered may increase or decrease. No demurrage charges shall be allowed for any chlorine cylinders. Notice & Instructions to Bidders, Official Bid, and Special Provisions must be downloaded. OFFICIAL BID form shall be completed, signed and uploaded with your bid submission. All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted through the Public Purchase website. Do not email questions directly to the Department of Water Supply.
