All bids must be submitted to PB System™ by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Bid results will be available at that time and viewable via PB System™. Bid results will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 P.M. that day via an online video conference platform. Bidders will be sent an email with online video conference information for the bid opening. Only contractors who submitted bids will receive an invitation to the bid opening. Additionally, the bid results will be displayed in the PB System™ after they are publicly read.The length of the contract is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 with two 1-year renewal options at the discretion of the City.
