    The City is soliciting bids for FY2026-2029 INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR FIRE SPRINKLERS, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, AND FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS. The City of Burlingame wishes to establish a contractual relationship with a qualified service provider for inspection, maintenance and repair services for fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, and fire suppression systems in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 19. The City of Burlingame will be receiving bids for this project via PB SystemTM, a fully automated web-based vendor and bid management system. Prospective bidders should visit https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/46106/portal-home to register, download bid documents and submit their bid. All bids must be submitted to PB System™ by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Bid results will be available at that time and viewable via PB System™. Bid results will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 P.M. that day via an online video conference platform. Bidders will be sent an email with online video conference information for the bid opening. Only contractors who submitted bids will receive an invitation to the bid opening. Additionally, the bid results will be displayed in the PB System™ after they are publicly read.The length of the contract is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 with two 1-year renewal options at the discretion of the City. The contract includes inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for the City’s fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, and fire suppression systems (ANSUL).The contractor shall possess an active C-16 license issued by the California Contractors State License Board prior to submitting a bid. Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project.
