EVALUATION PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items or provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive. The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field. AWARD A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to lowest responsible and responsive MBE quote as a result of this solicitation. Period of performance for any resulting PO will be date of issue through 6/30/2026 (end of state fiscal year). AUTHORIZED DEALER STATEMENT Bidders offering bids for in response to this solicitation must be manufacturers, representatives of the manufacturer, or authorized distributors. Bidders should include a letter from each manufacturer represented on manufacturer’s letterhead signed by an authorized representative of the manufacturer attesting that the Bidder is authorized to represent the manufacturer in this solicitation as part of each bid. If not included with the bid, Bidder must provide authorization as specified above within three business days after requested by the Ohio Department of Pubic Safety (ODPS). Failure to provide such authorization may result in the Bidder being determined not responsive and disqualified from consideration for award.
