The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the work and certification of same no later than ninety (90) consecutive calendar days following the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Final Acceptance of the work and certification of same no later than one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days following the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed.
