    Charlotte Water is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering companies to serve as an Owner’s Advisor for upcoming design and subsequent construction projects related to the Lee S. Dukes Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Expansion and Associated Infrastructure. Associated infrastructure includes new water transmission mains to improve overall system hydraulics from the expanded Lee S. Dukes WTP to the distribution system. Design and construction of the Lee S. Dukes WTP Expansion and the water transmission main(s) are planned to occur concurrently. The delivery method(s) to be utilized for the water transmission main projects have not been decided at the issuance of this RFQ. The purpose of this document is to solicit qualifications of engineering firms (Firm) interested in providing Owner’s Advisor professional services during procurement and through construction/warranty phases of all infrastructures associated with the Lee S. Dukes WTP Expansion.
