    Description

NCTCOG, on behalf of Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas (WSNCT), invites organizations—including community colleges, universities, community organizations, non-profits, foundations, companies, education service centers, and Independent School Districts within the North Central Texas Workforce Development Area (NCTWDA)—to consider serving as vendors to design and deliver Youth Career Exploration events. Vendors will have flexibility in shaping the event experience but should aim to include interactive, hands-on career activities, exposure to diverse industries, and practical career-readiness sessions such as networking, resume writing, and interview preparation. Events should also highlight pathways to careers, including education requirements, certifications, internships, and apprenticeships. The intent of this RFQ is to establish agreements with multiple qualified vendors who can plan, execute, and evaluate these events before September 30, 2026.
