    The City of Alcoa will be accepting separate sealed bids for the supply of Aerial Bucket Truck and Digger Derrick Maintenance until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at the office of the Alcoa Purchasing Manager, 223 Associates Blvd., Alcoa, Tennessee, 37701.

    Maintenance and Repair of Aerial Bucket Trucks and Digger Derricks

     

    1.  Scope

     

    The City of Alcoa Electric Department is accepting bids for the maintenance and repair of aerial bucket trucks and digger derricks utilized in its operations.  This contract applies to aerial equipment only and does not include standard chassis-type repairs.

     

    Services under this contract may be performed at multiple locations, including but not limited to:

     

    ·         Alcoa City Garage – 725 Universal St, Alcoa, TN; and

    ·         Any location within the service area of the City of Alcoa Electric Department.

     

    The City’s fleet currently includes bucket truck, and digger derricks; additional units may be added during the term of this contract. Repairs will generally be performed at the Contractors facility unless otherwise approved by the City.

     

    Equipment and maintenance records will be available for inspection during normal working hours by appointment.
