FY27 Cottonwood Community Impact Grant

The City of Cottonwood is accepting applications for the FY27 Cottonwood Community Impact Grant. Applications will be received by the City of Cottonwood, Purchasing Division via the City’s eProcurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cottonwoodaz . Late submittals or unsigned submittals will not be considered under any circumstances. Background

The City of Cottonwood receives many requests for financial contributions from a variety of organizations and programs that serve Cottonwood. The purpose of the Community Impact Grant is to provide a structured application process for organizations providing local services or programs to apply for grant funding from the City of Cottonwood.

Evaluation Criteria

• Identification and documentation of community need (15 pts)
• Appropriate funding request for the specific project/program (15 pts)
• Ability to meet the need through program or project design (20 pts)
• Degree to which proposal assists vulnerable residents and aligns with one of the City’s Strategic Pillars (20 pts) —

Submission Requirements

• Offer Confirmation (required) —

  Offer Acceptance Period. All offers shall remain open for ninety (90) days after the day of the opening of offers, but the City may, at its sole discretion, release any Offeror and return the security (as applicable) prior to that date. No Offeror may withdraw his/her offer during this period without written permission from the City. Should any Offeror refuse to enter into a contract, under the terms and conditions of the RFP, City may retain the security (as applicable), not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages.
