The contract will encompass upfitting including light duty, medium duty, heavy duty vehicles and tractors. The contractor must have a facility as well as a mobile unit capable of changing tires on everything from a light duty vehicle to heavy duty equipment ranging from 66,000 pounds to 80,000 pounds.

  A. Respondents shall provide a description of the Firm’s Qualifications. The Qualifications narrative shall, at minimum, address the following issues:
       (1) Firms responding to this solicitation shall describe their experience and qualifications that demonstrate they possess at least five (5) years of continuous experience in providing vehicle tire repair and replacement services of a type similar to those described in this Proposal.
       (2) Firms shall also provide information on their technical expertise, organization, and accreditation status.
       (3) Firms shall provide their location relative to the location of required services, outlined in the SoW.
       (4) Respondents shall provide information of the Firm's Facility and Mobile Service Vehicle capable of providing all aspects of installing and repairing tubes and tires on Light Duty, Medium Duty, and Heavy Duty Equipment including Tractors.
       (5) Describe the Firm's ability to Perform Onsite Tire Repairs. 
       (6) Describe the Firm's Compliance with ALL DOT Regulations.
