Brief Description of Project Scope: Replacement of the heating and domestic hot water boilers; replacement of two air-cooled with preparations for a third chiller in a future project; demo of existing chiller equipment pads to be replaced with an extension; replacement of all chilled water, hot water, and domestic hot water piping, pumps and all appurtenances in the boiler room and all underground pipe up to the chiller pad; replacement of air handlers, ductwork and all appurtenances in the boiler room; new chilled and heating water chemical treatment system. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
