Sealed Proposals must be received by the Village Clerk by no later than May 22,2026 at 3:00 p.m. (the “Proposal Submission Deadline”) at Village Hall, 655 96th Street, Bal Harbour Village, Florida 33154. 1.2 GENERAL OVERVIEW 1.2.1 SERVICES SOUGHT The BHCA is seeking proposals from experienced and licensed General Contractors to provide an array of general construction, maintenance, repair, capital improvement and advisory services on an as-needed basis. The intent is to establish an agreement with a qualified General Contractor who can provide comprehensive services under a single contract, covering both anticipated projects and additional services as they arise. This structure allows the BHCA to issue individual Work Authorizations for specific projects and service calls without requiring separate solicitations for each need, subject to applicable approval processes. Services are for the community common area assets and do not include any work for the private residences. Scope of Work may include, but not be limited to: - General construction and structural services Concrete restoration and repair Railing and fencing repair and installation Guardhouse renovations, exterior and interior, roofing and storm hardening ADA compliance, signage and other upgrades - Painting, protective and waterproofing Guardhouse exterior and common area painting Stucco repair and refinishing Pressure washing - Electrical landscape and architectural lighting electric panel upgrades - Landscaping - Plumbing and Mechanical Guardhouse HVAC installation and preventative maintenance Irrigation systems - Hurricane and storm preparedness
