    Description

    LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept bids for the “Gentile Street – 2400 East to 2600 East, Project PW25-58”. The project includes the installation of sewer, storm drain, and water lines, manholes, asphalt, curb and gutter, sidewalk, conduit, street lights, and associated items. The bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questcdn.com until 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at which time all bids will be virtually opened using VirtuBid. The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond to www.questcdn.com to successfully submit a bid. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contractors shall submit the Contractor’s Qualification Statement available at the questcdn.com website, under the Q & A sections, to be reviewed by the City prior to June 23, 2026 at 12:00 pm. Upon Layton City approval, contractors will be granted access to VirtuBid. Bidders cannot access the online bidding facility until they are approved on the plan holder list by the City. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience.
