GHID2025ACONST - 25A: Pleasant Valley WWPS Replacement

ONLY CONTRACTORS APPEARING ON THE PREQUALIFIED BIDDERS LIST ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A BID. BIDS SUBMITTED BY NON-PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.The project consists of installing a new wastewater pump station to replace the existing Pleasant Valley Wastewater Pump Station. Construction tasks include excavation for an approximate 30 foot deep wet well and dry well, construction of a masonry building, installation of new sewer piping, and a force main to connect to the existing force main. The project includes site work, electrical, mechanical, and piping within the pump house. The project is located at 5990 West 2920 South in West Valley City, Utah.The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the facilities and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following:Mobilization/Demobilization.Preservation of existing WWPS until replacement is ready to be commissioned.Excavation for installation of new wet well and dry well structures.Installation of concrete wet well, dry well, and masonry pump station building.Installation of all electrical and mechanical equipment inside the wet well, dry well, and buildingInstallation of pumps and pipingInstallation of new Sewer inlet pipingInstallation of new forced main pipingSite work, including landscaping, sidewalk, asphalt, etc.Demolition of existing WWPS once the new pump station is online.
