    Description

The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”) is soliciting proposals for qualified Consultants for a comprehensive GIS ESRI Utility Network Data Migration. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants, or entities (hereinafter “Consultant(s)”), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”) and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. The Electric Department is initiating a project to update and standardize its Geographic Information System (GIS) by migrating from Esri’s 10.8.1 platform and a legacy geometric network model to Esri’s Utility Network model on version 11.1. This transition reflects the City’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a resilient, scalable, and future-ready GIS infrastructure aligned with industry best practices. As part of the migration to the Utility Network, this project will also be upgrading Schneider Electric’s ArcFM solution to a version supporting Esri’s ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1. The Electric Department uses ArcFM to support designing, editing, and managing workflows.
