GL-2027-09 - Parker Terrace Wastewater Pumping Station Upgrades

The Town of Glastonbury will receive on-line Bids for the Parker Terrace Wastewater Pumping Station Upgrades project located at 30 Parker Terrace in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The modifications generally consist of the demolition of existing and installation of new prefabricated concrete controls/electrical building, wastewater pumps, piping, valves, fittings, pump controls, exterior generator, electrical, site furnishings and related work as indicated on the Contract documents. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via an online Zoom platform. No late bids will be accepted. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. Bidders are further advised that this project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of Connecticut General Statutes Section 31-53.
