    CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and tools to provide, install, maintain, and service various types of glass, glazing, and mirrors on an as-needed basis at City-owned facilities. This includes, but is not limited to: replacement, boarding up, cutting, assembly, and installation of various types of glazing, framework, tempered glass, mirrors, extruded metal frames, store fronts, and glass doors, and application of all types of window tinting. The scope includes work at City Facilities, and at City-leased tenant properties. Contractor shall be willing and able to make the City’s emergency requests a priority, and shall respond to any emergency City request in a timely fashion.
