PROJECT DESCRIPTION & LOCATION Project Description The Grand Lake Stormwater Plan is a stormwater quality and conveyance improvements project designed by WaterVation for the Town of Grand Lake. The Work includes construction of riprap- armored drainage swales, two bioretention basins (Bioretention B-1 and Bioretention B-3) sized for water-quality treatment, a roadside ditch tributary to B-3, a piped outfall, an Old Castle (or equal) 2-foot by 2-foot precast grated catch basin, 12-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP, Class II) culverts, native riparian and upland seed mixes, bioretention plantings, NEDIA S300B (or equal) erosion control blanket, and NEDIA Koir Mat 900 (or equal) erosion control fabric. Project Location The Work is located within the Town of Grand Lake, Grand County, Colorado, with primary work areas along Perry Street, West Portal Road, Grand Avenue, Lake Avenue, Center Drive, and within Block 11, Parcel A.
