Green State Veterans Home 300 Faulkner DR Bay Minette, AL 36507 Site Visit: Mandatory - Friday, March 13th, 10:00am Contact: Charles Allen 251-937-8049 Project Description Lobby WSHP Replacement and Central Supply Compressor Replacement Scope of Service WSHP Replacement Check in with customer Perform proper lock out tag out procedures Disconnect the following for removal of existing system: Condensate drain piping Condenser water supply and return piping High and low voltage wiring Supply and return ductwork connections Demo existing unit and haul from site. Provide and install new 5 ton Carrier WSHP system with the following features: 460V/3PH electrical Vertical configuration Left return top discharge 1st year parts warranty 5-year compressor warranty Make necessary alterations for reconnection to existing ductwork. Reconnect condenser water piping. Reconnect condensate drain line. Reconnect high voltage electrical and control wiring. Startup system and confirm operation Demobilize from site and check out with customer. Compressor replacement Recover existing refrigerant in accordance with clean air act of 1990 and store in approved recovery cylinders. Disassemble unit cabinet for compressor access. Remove existing failed compressor and haul from site. Provide and install new 5-ton R-22 Compressor Provide and install new Compressor contactor. Replace existing bi flow liquid line filter dryer with new. Provide acid neutralizer to refrigerant circuit. Charge system with R-22 Refrigerant charge. Startup unit and confirm proper operation. Clean work area and check out with customer.
