    Proposal (RFP) from qualified firms interested in providing design-build construction services
    for a new flagpole located at the intersection of southwestern intersection of IH 30 and Wesley
    Street (Highway 34).

      The City of Greenville invites the submittal of responses to this RFP from qualified firms
      interested in providing design-build services in connection with the install of a Flagpole
      located at the southwestern intersection of IH 30 and Wesley Street (Highway 34), in
      Greenville, Texas. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms,
      conditions and instructions set forth in the RFP guidelines.
      Bid responses can be submitted through https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/
      greenvilletx or by mail to PO Box 1049, Greenville, TX 75401. Bid responses may be
      delivered to the City of Greenville Purchasing Department, 2821 Washington Street,
      Greenville, TX 75401. All bids must be received in the Finance Office by the time and
      date mentioned above and clearly marked. Late bids will not be accepted.
      Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds, liability and statutory worker's compensation
      insurances are required for this project.
      Receipt of responses does not bind the City to any contract for said services, nor does
      it guarantee that a contract for the Project will be awarded. For additional
      information, contact City Manager Summer Spurlock.

      Describe recent local and regional office auditing experience similar to the type of audit requested and give the name, email addresses and/or telephone numbers of client officials responsible for three of the audits listed.
