    The Department of Public Works (Department) is seeking a contractor for the Hall of Justice 1st Floor Court Tenant Improvements Project (Project). The anticipated construction is to be performed at the Hall of Justice located at 400 County Center, Redwood City, CA 94063. The work to be done consists, in general, of providing all labor, materials, tools, appurtenances, and equipment required as well as any other items and details not mentioned but required by the Contract Documents and as directed by the Director of Public Works or the Director's designee.

    The target start date and term for the proposed services are subject to negotiation of a final agreement, through the completion of the Project. The Contract Time for completion of all the Work of the Project is Three Hundred Three (303) calendar days, as defined as sufficiently complete in accordance with the Contract Documents
