    Description

    At 2:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026, sealed Bids will be opened in the Staff Conference Room, 312 East Third, Lampasas, Texas for Hancock Park Golf Course Hole #2 Green Replacement Project for the reconstruction of the Green on Hole #2, as well as Demolition and Disposal of “Old Green” that was lost during the July 2025 flooding.  Bids must be received by the City Secretary by 2:00 p.m., prior to the scheduled bid opening time.  Bids received after that time will not be considered.  Please mark envelope(s) with Hancock Park Golf Course Hole #2 Green Replacement Project DR-4879.961843”.

    1.  Electronic copies of the Bid Specifications may be obtained for no charge, e-mail requests to robyn@cityoflampasas.com.  Hard copies of the Bid Specifications may be obtained at 312 East Third, Lampasas, Texas (512) 556-6831.
    2. All qualifying bids will be tabulated and submitted to the City Council for consideration of award of bid.
    3. Bids not meeting specifications will generally not be considered.  However, the City reserves the right to waiver specifications or irregularities when to do so would be in the best of interest of the City.  The City also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
    4. A contract for purchase does not exist until an official Purchase Order is issued by the City.
    5. The City may award a bid either to the lowest responsible bid contractor or to the bid contractor who provides goods or services at the best value for the municipality.
