The project consists of the complete demolition of the existing hangar door, including slab foundation at areas indicated on drawings. Demolition to also include exterior steel support frame for the existing hangar door. New construction will include new structural steel, miscellaneous framing, new exterior walls, new foundation, and new hydraulic hangar door. All requirements of project are to remove existing and replace with a new fully functioning hydraulic hangar door that is approximately 60'-0" wide by 18'-0" (exact height and width to be field verified. 

The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every drtail, of the work  described within the contract documents. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, quipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract.
