    Description

    Schertz-Cibolo-UniversalCity Independent School District (“SCUC ISD” or the “District”) is solicitingproposals from qualified firms, vendor teams, and/or integrated vendorplatforms to provide comprehensive services for the District’s self-fundedemployee medical plan. Services sought include, but are not limited to: medicalthird-party administration (TPA), medical network access, pharmacy benefitmanagement (PBM), specialty pharmacy, and strategic cost-containment solutions.TheDistrict intends to evaluate proposals to identify the solution or combinationof solutions that best align with its operational, financial, and memberexperience objectives. As part of this process, the District may considerreplacement vendors, supplemental or carve-out providers, modular servicearrangements, or continuation of all or part of its current vendor structure.The issuance of this RFP does not obligate the District to replace anyincumbent vendor or arrangement.TheDistrict reserves the right to award contracts in a manner it deems mostadvantageous, including selection of a single vendor, multiple vendors, a leadvendor with approved subcontractors, or no award. Respondents may submit eithera comprehensive proposal addressing all requested services or a modularproposal addressing specific service components. All responses must clearlydefine the proposed scope of services, any exclusions, key dependencies, andtransparent pricing structures.
