    Description

    The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified contractor to provide services addressing elevated temperature areas requiring repair on the Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) at the Clearwater Power Plant. The scope of work will focus on reducing external surface temperatures in affected areas to a desired range of 200°F or less and develop a comprehensive plan addressing any unanticipated repairs.The work is anticipated to be performed as a one-time repair effort during a planned two-week outage scheduled for December 1, 2026, through December 12, 2026. The selected Company shall provide the services as identified in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
