This is a Market Basket bid representing a crosse section of the most frequent parts CCS uses. Bid will be awarded to the lowest overall complete bid. An incomplete bid will be considered non-responsive and not accepted. Please provide quotes on each individual line item listed. Enter each individual price in the price per unit column (PPU) and the brand you are offering. The attached list of part numbers will be used to rate the discounted price of parts and supplies. Price each part individually. Parts must be equal in quality to attached parts list. Columbus City Schools will make final decision on quality of parts quoted. Warranty period starts when parts are installed, attach separate sheet with warranty details. Original copy of invoice will not be provided as proof of purchase, invoice number or mutually agreed method will be used as proof of purchase. All cores must be charged on separate invoice. On-line parts ordering capability is preferred. Parts should be delivered within 24 hours of order. Delivery cost must be included in individual cost of part PPU, quotes with separate delivery charges will be considered non-responsive and not accepted. Please Note: This request is based on the previous year's purchases and will be used as a basis to issue a blanket purchase order for July 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2027 and is not a guarantee to purchase listed items or quantities. Pricing levels must apply to all items CCS may purchase from vendor. The proposed bid shall be in effect for one (1) year, with the potential to be extended two (2) additional years. Quoted price schedule must remain in effect from July 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2027 Bid Return Instructions: Vendors must use the Columbus City Schools electronic bidding system, Public Purchase. Electronic response is the only method of submission. All bids must arrive before the bid closing date and time. The Columbus City Schools reserves the right to award the bid by line item and split the purchase orders to more than one (1) vendor. The Columbus City Schools reserves the right not to award a purchase order. All questions concerning the bid, part numbers or brands must be submitted through Public Purchase.
