The materials specified herein shall meet the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications. Escalator clause will apply. The successful bond with suitable, reasonable requirements, guaranteeing performance of the contract or delivery to be made with sufficient surety in the amount of 100% of the amount contracted within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any item or items and reserve the right to reject any and all proposals.
