6. Explain how your organization will ensure that trainees complete Private and Commercial Pilot licenses with an Instrument Rating within 12 months, unless otherwise coordinated with City personnel, as outlined in SOW 3.5.10.
7. Provide details on how your organization performs all maintenance at the Contractor’s facility, as outlined in SOW 3.4.7.
8. Provide details on your organization’s capability to obtain FAA certification and ensure that all training and curriculum are in accordance with 14 CFR Parts 61, 141, and 147, as outlined in SOW 3.4.1. and 3.4.2.
9. Describe your organization’s ability to maintain an established training facility located in Arizona and ensures all aircraft, devices, and equipment used for flight training are maintained in accordance with FAA safety standards shown in SOW 3.4.3. and 3.4.5
10. Describe the Offeror’s capability to provide on-staff designated pilot examiners that will conduct FAA-required check rides, outlined in SOW 3.5.6.
11. Describe how your Organization provides all required curriculum and training materials, including but not limited to flight manuals, handbooks, logbooks, and test preparation materials, and also provides certificates and ratings to trainees upon successful completion of the training program shown in SOW 3.5.7. and 3.5.8.
14. Describe how your organization will provide a helicopter for all required flight‑training hours, and explain how your organization serves as an authorized service center for the aircraft manufacturer(s) used in the Offeror’s fleet, as referenced in SOW 3.4.8 and outlined in SOW 3.5.9
12. Provide details on how your organization recruits and retains qualified instructors and technicians required under 14 CFR Parts 61, 141, and 147, as outlined in SOW 3.4.4.
