MANDATORY A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday July 13, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM at the Henrici Reservoir Site, 16025 South Henrici Road, Oregon City, Oregon 97045, which is also the location of the reservoir. This Meeting will allow prospective bidders to see the site and ask questions relating to bidding or constructing the work under this contract. If deemed appropriate by the Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders. A BIDDER’S FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING SHALL CAUSE ANY BID SUBMITTED BY THAT BIDDER TO BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND THE BID WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
