DESCRIPTION: The New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority (Olympic Authority) will receive sealed bids for Project Number EXO.24.006 titled Hourly Term Contracts for Multiple Trades at the time and location as identified in the Project Manual’s Invitation to Bidders, Schedule of Important Dates and Time. The Olympic Authority strongly encourages that bids be hand delivered as the rural location of Olympic Authority’s facility can impact timely mail delivery. The intent of this bid is that a contract will be signed with selected contractors to engage in and complete specific trade-related projects, each with a value typically not-to-exceed $75,000. The total contract remuneration commonly will not exceed $500,000 for each venue in Region 1. Each separate project will be issued based on estimated time and material and is called a “Release”. The contract will be issued for a period of one (1) year with two (2) options to renew, each for a period of one (1) year. Separate contracts will be issued for the following trades: General Contracting Site Work/Underground Utilities Asphalt Paving Roofing Door and Door Hardware Electrical (Low Voltage) Plumbing HVAC Fire Protection Painting and Staining Tree Service Drilling and Blasting Medium-Voltage Electrical Invitation to Bidders, Schedule of Important Dates and Times^ Invitation to Bidders: 2 March 2026 Pre-Bid Meeting*: 10 March 2026 at 10:00 AM (Local Time) End of Questions: 17 March 2026 at 4:00 PM (Local Time) Bids Due: 26 March 2026 at 2:00 PM (Local Time) *Pre-Bid Meeting shall be online. Invitations shall be sent to Registered Bidders. ^Subject to Change via Addendum. Bidding Documents and Registered Bidders Only Registered Bidders shall be allowed to submit a Bid.
