Expenses for developing and presenting responses to this RFP shall be the entire responsibility of the Supplier and shall not be chargeable to the University. All supporting documentation and manuals submitted with this proposal will become the property of the University. Unless otherwise stated above, proposals submitted are to be in accordance with the outline and specifications contained and are to remain in effect a minimum of 120 days from the date of submission, and may be subject to further extensions as negotiated.
